Size

Our size chart is visible on each product. We also customize as per the size. Customisation above chest size 46 will be chargeable of 800 rupees.

Colors

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When You use the Site or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount.

BILLING

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D)

To process COD orders, we will require an advance amount of 30% of the total order process. Our sales team will contact you with the next steps. In case you are are in hurry, please message us through the Whatsapp chat button.

Please, note the order will only be processed after receiving the advance payment.

Shipping & Return Refund Policies

Shipping Time:
  • National orders are generally dispatched within 10-12 days.
  • Ready to ship orders are dispatched within 48 Hours on Working days.

Delivery Timeline:

Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location. In few locations, delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you, please check your emails, whatsapp and SMS for regular updates.

Shipping Fees:

National Shipping:
  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid national orders.
  • A shipping fee of ₹200.00 is applicable for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
  • COD orders are accepted within India, with a 10% advance payment for order confirmation.
International Shipping:
  • Free shipping for all International orders above $200, and $25 below order value $200
Returns/Exchanges:

We allow for a one-time exchange or return.
Refunds for returned products will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Sale items, custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
By placing the order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our terms, conditions, and policies.
The products must be in original condition with all tags attached.
No exchange and return on customized or international orders.
The products must be unwashed and unworn with the original packaging
All the products in almost gone sale will have no exchange and no returns (only the defective product and size changes can be communicated to sales team only if its in stock within 24hrs)

Cancellations:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us at +91 9928360366 within this timeframe. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
